The rooms were spacious , we got a free upgrade that allowed us to use the premier club restaurants , lounges and concierge . It was fantastic! The service was outstanding. All the employees were very helpful and made our stay amazing . There was a big variety of food on the buffet . The food was ok . The beach was clean with heaps of beach beds and the water was stunning ! The room was always clean the cleaning staff were always checking on us if we needed anything .

All in all, the resort was fantastic. The staff was amazing, remembered us after meeting once. The food at World Cafe and La Trattoria was great! Did I mention the staff? 😊 Our room was clean and when our AC went on the fritz the first night, they were on it!! Much needed vacation at a great place! Shout out to Brian at World Cafe who got the most perfect latte for me when it was so busy, John who said hi every morning and always mentioned something we spoke about and never forgot our names! Never got the aerobics/game coordinators name but this guy was working all day and night with a smile always! And Eric- who from day one always popped up when we needed him!

The property was well kept, very clean and easy to find restaurants, spas, other guest rooms. Well lit at night for the most part. The staff was beyond helpful and you can always find assistance if you need it. The butler service was amazing, I had Mercedes and she went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect! I would definitely recommend this property it’s only 5 minute walk to the beach from your room!

Beautiful beach like i have never seen,the room very big very clean and very confortable, room service high class . The staff very nice happy and respectful . Entretainment good and cleaness of the whole area exelent. The food very good and healthy. At the beach exelent security specially sony who was alert at all time. . Richard in the buffet give a good service. Alberto in the pool area bar good service and always happy. Juan Francisco and Osvaldo at the Recepcion were always smileing and very kind .

The beach of the hotel is amazing, the room was really big and nice. The restaurants for lunch and dinner were not so amazing, but ok. The breakfast was really good and lot of variety.

The beach area is incredible with clear tropical waters and lots of entertainment, or rest areas if you prefer. The general hotel area is very good, with several pools & bars on different locations.

First of all, I was not able to find a detailed review either on websites or YouTube so I though to share my thoughts about it. Will Start with 1.Beach: wonderful beach for kids, swimmers, snorkelers. Water quality is good for snorkeling, there is cement blocks that was submerged by the government long time ago 100 feets from the beach shore that formed an artificial coral reef barrier. Strong plus for any La Romana Hotels. Sand: ok Beach facilities: although I was preferred member, sometimes i did not find place as the beach was packed, you had to go early in the day to reserve a spot 2.Food and restaurants: Above average with decent food from what you expect from a 4 to 5 star hotel 3.Facilties: Gym, SPA: above average 4.entertainment :especially night time: was good with decent and variable shows 5.Rooms: Were ok 6.Facilties for capacity: the resort was fully booked during our stay and the facility can not handle a fully booked resort, like restaurants seating on the beach, seating at nighttime shows was always a problem 7Staff: were decent but the hotel was understaffed for the capacity

The breakfast was always wonderful with a lot of delicious food. The waiters were attentive and helpful especially Victor and Pablito but, we don't have complain of any of them.

Breakfast at the Buffet was excellent, as good as any I've enjoyed. We live in Republica Dominicana.
